Saturday Changeover The Roundhouse, the largest of our barns, includes a spacious open planned kitchen diner and lounge area – perfect for a big group of family or friends. The striking architecture of this rounded central living space boasts traditional features from its past where the animals worked the farm mill. The striking Cornish stone walls, high open beams and wooden floor complement the comfortable sofas, large dining table and log burner. The French doors lead to the large garden with uninterrupted views of the peaceful valley and a secluded outside dining area. The adjoining kitchen has all the necessary modern conveniences, overlooking the same country view. It has its own separate washing/drying room. The four large beautifully furnished bedrooms enjoy views of our grounds, the valley and courtyard. Ground Floor: Lounge and diner; Kitchen; washing and drying room; 1 king size double bedroom and en-suite; 1 twin bedroom with adjoining bathroom.First floor: 1 king size double bedroom and en-suite; 1 super king bedroom/twin bedroom and en suite.

Millers Loft is our tastefully converted barn with plenty of character; its striking Cornish stone built fireplace with a log burner makes it the perfect countryside escape. Originally the first floor of Millers Loft was used as the mill for the farms oats and barley, feeding the surrounding cattle below on the ground floor.

The wooden stable door opens into the inviting open planned lounge area, where the large arched windows frames the picturesque courtyard views. Adjoining to this is the well-equipped oak kitchen and separate dining room with sensational views of the open countryside. Leading on from your dining room is the outside dining area where you could use one of our supplied BBQ’s on a summers evening. The three spacious bedrooms all containing rustic pine furniture, enjoy peaceful valley views. Ground Floor: Kitchen/lounge; Dining Room and 1 super king bedroom/twin bedroom with en-suite. The single story barn has beautiful open beams and was traditionally used to house the calves during the winter months. Linhay – when translated in Cornish means open fronted cattle shed.
Under the large wooden roof timbers, the opened planned kitchen diner and lounge area overlooks the log burner and the patio doors which, when opened, leads onto your outside dining area with garden and valley scenes. Perfectly situated for keeping an eye on your little ones on the play equipment further along the garden – all from the comfort of your sofas.
There is a ground floor en-suite bedroom, which with your choice can be a super king, or twin beds. The handcrafted oak stairs lead you to the Gallery bedroom sleeping two with en-suite facilities which looks over the open planned lounge area.

Gallery: 1 king size double bedroom and en suite.
